- Sourcing of key skilled craftspersons and contractors.
- Applications for Listed Building Consent to Local Authorities.
- Advice on building and extending in Conservation Areas.
- Liaison with Conservation Officers, SPAB and Civic Societies.
- Coordinate historical research and specialist recording of property.
- Carry out negotiations with Historic England and other national bodies.
